Rest for the Restless
Helping driven people discover a life of sustainable faith, clarity and rest
“You have made us for yourselves and our hearts are restless until we find our rest in thee.”
—Augustine of Hippo
The 21-Day Restoration Reset
“Come to me, all who are wear. . .”
Jesus’ invitation is not an escape from responsibility, but a call to carry it differently.
For busy people who care deeply and lead faithfully, the 21-Day Restoration Reset offers a focused, daily reorientation—helping you align your ambition with grace, recover clarity, and learn how to live from rest rather than pressure.
For the restless in life who want to live with both ambition and rest.
God never drives us to ambitions. He calls us. We can chase ambition without succumbing to exhaustion.
This book is for you if you. . .
Love getting things done but feel your soul getting thinner.
Want to follow Jesus wholeheartedly but struggle with over commitment.
Know rest is important but can’t see to access it.
My name is Marc Lucenius
I am a pastor, author, entrepreneur and leadership coach.
I write and speak for people who are capable, committed, and quietly exhausted—those who care deeply, carry responsibility, and sense that their ambition may be costing them more than they expected.
My faith guides my life and teaching. I believe that each of us can live a meaningful life of calling and overcome the reactivity of drivenness.
This space is an invitation to live out our ambitions from a well-rested life.
Speaking & Coaching
I work with churches, leaders, and teams who are serious about faithfulness—and honest about the cost of carrying responsibility over time. Through speaking, coaching, and guided conversations, I help leaders examine the patterns beneath their pace, reconnect ambition to calling, and cultivate rhythms of leadership shaped by grace rather than pressure.
This work is rooted in pastoral ministry, leadership development, and lived experience with the realities of growth, burnout, and renewal. If you’re exploring a healthier way to lead—personally or organizationally—I’d be glad to talk..
